This was our 4th or 5th time diving with them and the staff has always been great to deal with. Our cruise boat didn’t offer a dive, so we booked our own AM dive which the website says gets back at 1 or 1:30. The Nassau walking tour we signed up through the boat left at 1:30. Close but ok. We were the first ones by the fountain (meeting place ) by 8am. Never even left for the shop until after 10, then made pickups at hotels. We did our 2 dives and sadly the reefs are deteriorating, I tried to talk to the person at the counter who insisted they don’t put down dive times, then she said you better go or you will miss the bus. I have called there multiple times, they told me to email a Harris, which I did twice over a month stilll no response. **– via **

Took my family for the PADI discovery dive. Transportation to and from the hotel was fast and convenient. The check in process and video training was smooth. Then we got in the boat and sat for 45 minutes waiting. Maybe for 2 more people, I don’t know. No one seemed to understand what was going on or what skill level each of the divers had. Total confusion.

We then took a 30 minute boat ride and anchored in 20 feet of water where we learned the basics of diving. It went well and no one had any trouble. We then set off on a tour of the surrounding area to see man made underwater structures – good enough for a new diver. Then about 20 mins later we were told to surface and to board the boat. We all did along with the 2nd groups of more advanced divers working on their recertification.

I asked what’s next and was told that’s it. The other dive instructor that was not full time asked about a 2nd spot and was told no, we’re done. We all thought we were going to a 2nd spot as we all had plenty of air remaining, but nope, the dive was complete. In the guides word, that’s what the discovery dive is – skills training plus a 15 min dive. I started with 3000 psi of air and got out of the water with 2000psi remaining. Everyone had plenty of air.

If you read the description of the dive on their website a discovery dive includes a one tank dive. Do yourself a favor, go diving somewhere else. This place is a scam. **– via **

Booked snorkelling tour with Blue Adventures at Atlantis for me and my wife. The tour guides were knowledgeable and safety conscious. We never snorkelled before and both of us are not great swimmers. The guides were very patient with us at the start, took special care and ensured we were comfortable in the water. They took us to two different reefs and they were beautiful and totally worth the price. Overall it was a great experience. **– via **

We did the 3 hour snorkel tour. It was a Great tour! The shark experience was incredible. The underwater statue and coral reef snorkeling was beautiful too! Unfortunately the corals are whitewashed, which is sad but still beautiful to see the reefs. the fish are exotic, iridescent, beautiful and vibrant colors, great variety of fish. Saw a Lion Fish too! Definitely would recommend! Would love to do the SNUBA and SCUBA tours but snorkel was perfect for a quick tour! Thank you! **– via **

Strongly recommended. Dove here in 2015 and 2024 with consistently great experiences. Paris and the others in the shop made everything easy. Keyvon was an excellent instructor for ReActivate and John, Marian, Julian, and the other dive staff were fantastic for the shark specialty and regular day dives. The dive sites were beautiful and the shark experiences were educational and thoroughly worthwhile. **– via **

Catastrophic organization from start to finish.

Significant delay when picking up at the hotel without any information, then on site our boat was supposed to leave at 8.30, we left at 10.30 in the morning, no one explained why.

2 instructors for 22 divers, the total ko once in the water.

The flight attendants were also very unpleasant.

In short, if the seabed is worth it, it may be better to find another diving company. **– via **

Absolutely awful!! Hard to get a hold of-called multiple numbers probably 15 times before getting anyone to answer. Showed up 30 mins. late to the pick up. Huge flat bottom boat. 20 divers and only 2 dive masters. No bathroom on the boat. Very very rude. My son who was doing his first non-certification was berated for being the first to get low on air. My older so said if he was spoken to like that he would never dive again. After the dive, you have to wait around for 45 min. before the bus takes you back. This was our first dive trip with the whole family-super heartbreaking!! **– via **

The absolute best group to learn to dive with. Came to bahamas and got certified with instructor Maya, he is the bomb, had Robin as a babysitter, he was great, too. Felt totally safe at all times. However, they are quite capable of delivering amazing shark experiences, as well. Just an all around amazing bunch. Anastasia at the snack bar (shark bites) serves a pretty mean burger!!! Shoutout to Rene, he was awesome!

Just 3 things to note:

1. I was told a pickup time, confirmed it in the morning and was told to wait down the road from my accommodation. I waited for 45 minutes in the sun on the main road – nothing. So I had to walk back to my accommodation as I don’t have a sim, phone them to ask what’s happening and was told just to ‘keep waiting’, no apology. Then after an extra 10 minutes, the bus did eventually arrive. My friend also dived the same week, he also had to phone again after waiting and had to wait for a total of 1 hour 15 minutes! (Despite having confirmed the pickup time the same morning.) So a bit disappointing.

2. So many guests touching the sharks, maybe it needs to be mentioned in the brief no touching as apparently it’s not common knowledge and is very unnecessary.

3. And thirdly, I saw countless divers hitting their fins/ pretty much standing on the coral, not cool! So maybe this also needs to be made clear in the brief – control your buoyancy/ no fins touching the coral because it was sad to see, (a coral reef can take thousands of years to grow!)

For the price you’re paying, you’d hope that some of this was spent going towards educating the divers that come here about conservation and how to preserve the marine environment. **– via **

we made a reservation & were the first people off our cruise ship. we went to meet the shuttle to take us to the cove they were nowhere to be found. we waited and called but they ditched us saying they would not be coming back to take us. we tried to find a different ride to take us but didn’t even know where we could find and meet them so super discouraging and unprofessional. **– via **

The airport shuttle suggested this snorkeling experience to us, and because I was pregnant. It was easy to book, and were provided lots of helpful info prior. The shuttle arrived at our hotel at the specified time and was about a 40 minute ride. The check in area had a bathroom, sold food, mouth pieces, and other little goodies.

The boat was decent in size, and much easier on the water. The instructors and driver we had were awesome! Very knowledgeable, and did everything they could to make us feel safe and comfortable in the water. They also offered a snuba. experience, and we will check that out next time. We had 3 different stops for a wonderful snorkeling experience about 20 minutes each, you can follow the instructor, or swim your own. Life jackets are provided. You can also get back in the boat at any time, but it can be very rocky. I highly suggest taking dramamine/something for motion sickness prior to the excursion. – via Google

Had a terrible experience with Open Water Certification process. The facilities were poorly managed. They had the first dive session at a small pool at the owner’s house. The owner’s dog bit me when I started swimming in the water.

The company refused to pay for my vaccination process and denied that the dog bite, and discarded is as minor scratches. This happened after I shared pictures about it.

In addition to all this, the schedules were poorly managed and our group had to reschedule shark dive 2 days later because they did not record our training progress properly.

Given diving is a relatively dangerous adventure sport which requires extensive measures to ensure safety of divers, I would NOT recommend this diving company. They are not responsible people, and would not hold themselves accountable if anything happens to you. – via Google
